Big terrace with fantastic views to La Concha Bay

La Concha apartment is a luxury apartment. Located on the beach, it has a terrace of 30 sqm which leads directly to La Concha. On the back also has another terrace overlooking the city of San Sebastian.
This apartment is located in a building built in the Paseo de la Concha, the most exclusive area of San Sebastian. It is a penthouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and two fantastic terraces.
The main room has a double bed and direct exit to the terrace from which you can see La Concha Bay , a real luxury, waking up with the smell of the sea and a clear view.
The living room also has direct views of the bay and has a flat screen TV and DVD. The other bedrooms (one with a single bed and the other with two single beds) have access to the terrace in the back with a completely unobstructed view to Zubieta street .
The apartment is complete with three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The building has an elevator but to enter the apartment you have to climb a spiral staircase, which would be a difficulty for people with reduced mobility.
